李大胆于2017年5月5日应聘到一家生产家具的企业，从事资料员的工作。
公司考勤制度规定的上班时间是早上8∶30-12∶00，下午14∶00-18∶00，中午12∶00-14∶00休息。
2017年5月31日，李大胆中午12∶30在木工车间看手机，同事的小孩玩耍时不慎将木门推倒，砸伤了她。

解答
首先，从案情分析，其受伤的时间是在中午休息时间，其受伤的地点是在木工车间，不是在李大胆工作的资料室；受伤的原因是同事的小孩玩耍时，不慎将木门推倒，也不是工作原因，均不符合《工伤保险条例》关于认定为工伤的情形。
其次，李大胆不是在工作时间前后，工作场所内，从事与工作有关的预备性工作而受到的事故伤害，也不能认定为工伤。
